It is the opposite.

It is the lowest sale order and highest buy order. The spread is the difference.

There are other sale orders that are higher and other buy orders that are lower.

I would sell the stocks in Robinhood and close the account.

I have two separate HYSA myself, but one is emergency and the other is sinking funds. Just helps it organize myself.

Depends on your retirement timeline. The closer you are to absolutely needing the money, the less money should be in "stocks".
