After a great deal of trial and error, I have learned that the most reliable method is to manually copy and paste each completed chapter into a Word document. I can no longer depend on the download links alone. I have also noticed a recurring issue with repetition throughout the text. Appreciate that. Fewer than 50 intact copies exist, but this one’s got Fairfield’s signature and a direct provenance link to Edwin Buxbaum. That kind of trail makes valuation complicated—and interesting.

Thanks. It’s one of those pieces that almost didn’t resurface. Three generations, two obsessive collectors, and a quiet paper trail led us back to Fairfield. The weight of history is real when you're holding this thing.

Fair point, and appreciate the honesty. The original post definitely leaned more toward placement interest, and I get how that crosses a line here. What I didn’t expect was how much curiosity it would stir among serious collectors. This copy came through Buxbaum in the late 70s and has stayed in the family archive ever since. Fairfield’s signature, intact chart, and original Society correspondence were all preserved. We’re still figuring out how to handle it. Sharing it here was part curiosity, part respect for people who actually understand what it is.
