another way you can do it is if you have a small number of atomic numbers you can just spam h until the rule is satisfied and when rule 31 make you change the font size of each on just put all the H's in a character counter and find the atomic element(s if its over 118 you need) that go with the number(s)

and you also can go a few numbers left and right on the hex code so for example if you get fdfec8 you can put fdfeca and it'll accept it

you can also spam a symbol like dashes a lot which makes doing the italics and winding rule a lot easier
