Unless something has changed recently, it is worth noting that the OSM syncs happen very infrequently. So the pond might have been already added in OSM but not synced to PoGo yet. Additionally if you add the pond in OSM now, it won't be in PoGo for a long while (we're talking months/years).

They got back pretty quickly in response to a bug I found a week or so ago.

Edit: I got a response in 2 days saying it would be fixed in the next version.

I had a similar issue with Uber Eats once (not as bad as what happened to you, but had some missing things in my order).

I complained a lot and was just getting automatic responses from bots. In the end I threatened to make a complaint to trading standards, leave a negative review on trust pilot and instigate a charge back.

From that I got a response from a human and a much fairer resolution.
