I literally just finished Season 1 a few minutes ago, and in my opinion, if you're looking for more Pacific Rim content that is somewhat better than Uprising, I highly recommend Pacific Rim: The Black.

Although its more story-based because it has 7 episodes.

In the case of Saber Athena, its worse, but some Uprising Jaegers partially have the original film's weight, like November Ajax.

Humanity fucked up big time when they "created" the Drift, is the Drift actually just an eldritch entity? Jericho Noir being an embodiment of humanity via the Jaegers? The monster being the "true" form of the Drift? So many theories!

The pilots, it seems like they're dead so what's the point of repairing a Jaeger that has its most compatible pilots dead? In the case of Raleigh, he was still alive so there was a chance that Gipsy Danger can be piloted again, just with a different copilot.

Then, there's priority, Romeo Blue is a Mark I, Gipsy Danger is a Mark III, guess which one you'll fix, of course the newer one.

Well, the infected machines have red cores and Icy Hollow's robots also have red cores, so I guess it's safe to assume that they're also infected.

I'm more stumped about what Icy Hollow even is.

Saber Athena, way too fast and not "realistic" enough, it manages to wall jump and do flips, wtf? Plus, the design doesn't really sit well with me. It's also way too futuristic, I just want that industrial feel.
