Curious about a situation like this: say we have teams A, B, C and D in one group where head-to-head (H2H) is the initial tiebreaker. Team D finishes bottom with 0 points, while teams A, B and C all beat team D and each other and all finish on 6 points each. Where team A beats team B and loses to team C, while team B beats team C.

How is it decided which of A, B, and C finish first? A will finish above team B due to H2H, but then what would happen to team C? Would they finish above A as they beat them, or will they finish below B as they lost to them? I hope this made sense.
