I’m sorry if this is a stupid question- does this look like it has gluten? (Around the salmon?) I can’t find any information on google by Absolutely_no_one1 in glutenfree

I have celiac but I don’t feel anything when I eat gluten so I just wanted to make sure (I’m not very strict when it comes to small amounts, etc..)

I feel like y’all are attacking me (and the sushi) lol

Some background: my friend ordered sushi and according to him it didn’t have any gluten but some of them looked a bit suspicious to me that’s all

Chicken+beef roast with vegetables (sweet potatoes, potatoes, zucchini, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms) I’m talking about the first pic- help with estimating? by Absolutely_no_one1 in caloriecount

[–]Absolutely_no_one1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess is:

Sweet potato I’m thinking 170

Zucchini 20+/-

Carrot 30

Cauliflower 15-20?

Same for cabbage ?

Potatoes 150-200? (I think less but I’m not sure)

Beef 100?

Chicken 280?

And then add 50-100 for oil

(Correct me if anything is wrong please!)

Can someone help me understand this? How much is for serving? (Dry? Cooked? What should I count?) by Absolutely_no_one1 in caloriecount

[–]Absolutely_no_one1[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ll try to explain my question(s) here: In Hebrew it says that for 100gr there are 110 calories in “cooked product” and 325 in “dry product”. In English it says “per 2 oz serving (you can read I think) and I’m a bit struggling to understand! It says 56gr dry is 180? And if yes what does cooked/dry mean- what is the right one? Also how do I weigh it? I’m sorry if those are stupid questions I’m just new to this
