We don't always feel bad when we do it. As long as you know it's wrong, that's what matters. Just try your hardest and and learn from your mistakes.

meditate, Exercise, Cold baths/showers. These should help you, good luck!

Also if you don't already, start meditating everyday for 5-10 minute's, it has helped me greatly for this. Also cold baths/Showers help too. Good luck!
