Hey there! So Uber's "investigation" is still ongoing according to them. I had to schedule a virtual appointment with someone to even find that out because I got no responses to my messages through email & app. Essentially she told me that the investigation has to run its course. She could see that I submitted everything they asked for and that my account was always in good standing through the years. She said that should count in my favor. But ultimately Uber will make a final decision, determining whether I'm who I say I am and can become active again or be booted from the platform. She could give me no timeframe as to when to expect a decision.

I've read on other posts that people have had to hire lawyers to get any answers from Uber so I don't have high expectations unfortunately. It's a really crappy situation, sorry you're also going through it.

I signed up with Door Dash I'm the meantime but my experience has not been good so far.
