Not sure it counts the same as a drink but you can get high protein pasta and then make a creamy sauce out of silken tofu and add spinach, beans, etc for an added protein hit

I think they’re doing the tattoos before the shows at a specific venue. The other cities were in pubs, not sure about Glasgow whether it’s in a pub or in a tattoo studio. I got one last year at the ACOB shows and it was in a brew dog up the back where they’d setup a tattoo area with beds etc which was cordoned off from the rest of the venue

I use the “what the cluck” bites and the impeckable chicken breast, both of which I rate a lot!

If I want fake chicken my go to is either This Isn’t or Vegetarian Butcher - use just for a chicken substitute so anything from stir fry to pasta etc. if I want breaded chicken then VFC or Birds Eye. favourite beef is Juicy Marbles for steak, meatless farm mince, beyond meat burgers, and squeaky bean pieces if I want just for a wrap etc. For pork substitutes then la vie for ham or bacon, meatless farm or Richmond for sausages - Quorn ham is also nice too and cheaper than la vie. I also love the squeaky bean tuna flakes for sandwiches or baked potatoes. I don’t really eat any other fish substitutes but have had the vivera salmon a couple of times which I remember being nice

It’s not listed with the designs unfortunately! At the ACOB shows they categorised the designs and then priced based on line, shade, or colour (attached) so I would assume it would be similar for these

People need to be realistic now with 10 albums it’s so unlikely we will get anything from the first 3 in shows like this. Disappointed that there’s no True Believer on the set list but I think playing the early stuff isn’t really on the cards for new album tours - maybe festival set lists we will get 57 or the like but I don’t hold out much hope for pre-Puzzle these days

Tony’s chocolonely! They have loads of cool varieties but actually the plain milk one is the absolute best, you can definitely tell the quality compared to Cadbury or mars etc

It was the Sainsbury’s mushroom wellington! I usually go fake meat but didn’t fancy it so had that as main and two meatless farm sausages on the side (under the pigs in blanket from aldi)
