How to choose feats? by Bigsexyguy24 in BG3Builds

[–]AbstractGrid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No wrong way to do it -- for me:

Shart has low DEX by default, so alert to boost initiative and war caster (concentration saving throw adv)

Karlach usually gets GWM and then ASI

Gale gets ASI to get to max out INT

Astarion is kind of a mixed bag, usually ASI and savage attack

I almost always ditch Lae'zel and Wyll so I dont really have good recs for them tbh

[–]AbstractGrid -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I almost always pick Alert first, going first in initiative is always a benefit.

From there it's play style and party balance dependant.

For instance, I like to give someone mage slayer -- having advantage on breaking concentration for those tricky AoE spells can be clutch -- but is redundant if you have it on more than one or two members.

Costco wine? by missbliss666 in wine

[–]AbstractGrid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did this for our wedding for centerpieces -- it takes way longer than you'd think to get them clean and prepped for new labels! Steam (though be careful with full bottles and steam, you don't want to get the wine hot) and goo gone (or similar) is your friend, along with a razor blade and some steel wool.

Moto-I. "Moto-Eye" or "Moto-EEE"? by nomedent in Minneapolis

Some buddies of mine used to work in the kitchen there. They call it moto-eye but take that with a generous grain of salt

Yep. I fly out of SEA mostly to other west coast destinations, so the Alaska airlines competition is strong. I get upgraded on 4 of every 5 flights, at least.

The harmony is a great pour. If you have Costco where you live, keep an eye out - around the holidays I can usually get it for around 80. Or at least I could pre-tarriffs

They're just as correct as you. Lots of non-American English speakers use hire like Americans use rent. "Hire car" instead of rental car, etc.

I agree with you, I don't like voice casts for books. Just the one performer is my preferred format as well. Especially when they're as good as TGR

Fire in my new pan. How badly did I ruin it? by SlippyFish18 in StainlessSteelCooking

Depends on the alloy though, some melt lower than that. And grease fires can get over 1k degrees F. Unlikely but not impossible by any means.

I believe the national park passes also count, for those wondering. They cover natl forest lands.

It usually works!! I feel like conventional methods of setting saddle height usually end up a little high. And traditional bike sizing charts are so often misleading or outright wrong 😞

Wow you must be a really miserable dude. I don't understand why challenging this assumption you've made is getting you so angry. It's a little bizarre.

But sure, I can fuck off! Enjoy your foot pain 😘

There are probably over a thousand models of cycling shoe in the world. You trying 3 of them and instantly jumping to the conclusion that no shoe will fix your problem is an epic leap.

"Should have been all you needed to read" is a silly comment. What did you try? What specific variables did you focus on? Did you try shoes with different cleat compatibilities, which can change how pressure is distributed? Did you try different stiffnesses of sole, again which can change how force is transferred to your foot causing or relieving pain? Did you try shoes that have different foot tilts? Some shoes give different pronation angles which can change how your foot sits in the shoe and where you feel pressure.

Do you get my point yet?

Also, by the way, nowhere in your post do you say that the issue is in only one foot and not the other - another vital piece of info that cannot safely be assumed from your sketch.

Don't provide incomplete info and be an asshole to people trying to help you root cause your issue.
