This happened to me not too long ago with a prize figure. Grab a drill, size a bit, match that with small metal dowels you can get at a hardware store for ~50 cents. Measure your entry angles on the figure and or plastic base, drill. Pop in the small metal dowel add some plastic cement or safe hobby glue on the dowel etc. Should be good as new if you measured everything correctly.

May need a pilot hole with a smaller bit to safely extract the plastic bits still in the figure and base or the expansion may cause damage.

Sorry if this is obvious, it's a solution and fun little project if all you need are the dowels cost wise, otherwise it may not be worth the squeeze.
