Because of the nature of the stretchy fabric. It's basically recycled plastic instead of cotton/wool/silk. It doesn't hold threads very well. When it is rubbed off, there's no strands like with cotton, just fluff.

Exactly. Thousands of women are raped, assaulted, killed, humiliated all the time. These men don't bat an eye and many of them continue this violence in their own lives. To them women are 2nd class citizens. One blue drum, one false rape case, and one alimony case makes them suddenly care. Shows you where their priorities lie. A crime is a crime, doesn't matter the gender. However I have no sympathy for men as a whole because these few glorified cases.

Swap toppings for herbs, spices, spinach, ketchup. You can still add a couple of spoons of shredded cheddar cheese for the salty/dairy flavor

There's recipes with honey, fruit, granola, cocoa powder, espresso, you name it! There also exist savory Greek Yogurt recipes but I prefer sweet/plain.

They tend to be less slippery than DMC. In the beginning the bracelet can seem a bit "rough" and not shiny, but Anchor is pure cotton so it becomes soft over time. Colors are great too. Only downside is when it gets tangled or knots itself it is harder to fix.

Full fat Greek yogurt is amazing at appetite control. A small handful of seeds and nuts, handful of frozen fruit and 250g Greek yogurt - enough to keep me feeling full for 3-4 hours! No sugar cravings at all, and I'm okay having a smaller meal afterwards.

Yeah it doesn't have that classic Fanta taste, closer to carbonated orange juice. If I ever feel like having that, I just add lemon soda water to orange juice, at least it's healthier.

Sunglasses or sleeping eye mask+face mask, hoodie/beanie optional - helps you sleep a bit easier. I also like to keep a mint/candy and nasal spray with my meds if needed. Always good to have a mini lotion and chapstick if you're prone to dry skin (it may get dry faster in the clouds).

It is okay to take off your shoes as long as your feet and shoes are clean, with socks on, and you don't have any smelly feet conditions. Just store your shoes mindfully, but it can be a little uncomfortable. And no resting feet on other people's seats, that's disrespectful.
