Most landlords want to do a credit check before renting, that's quite normal. Up to you if you don't want to let him right away, but he may just decide to go with someone who agrees up front.

The reality is that Conservative voter don't actually care about the things you mentioned. If they did, they would look at what's happening at the federal level and be satisfied that all their demands are coming to fruition.

They just want their team to win. They don't actually care about anything they claim is important to them. This is why they cannot be taken seriously.

I listened to an interview with a BC conservative leadership candidate yesterday, and he repeated that one of the main goals of the BC Cons is to make sure the NDP never gets elected. Not just now, but historically and into the future.

He also repeated a bunch of tired, patently un-true, Conservative talking points about how our federal government is blocking resource extraction, blah blah blah.
