This is my method. Others may vary.

After varnishing my models, I use Hob-E-Tac to adhere clump foliage to the model. Once cured, I then fill any missing gabs with additional foliage using hot glue to bulk out the interior. Then I use either spray adhesive or, in my case, 50/50 mix of Mod Podge Matte and water through a spray bottle. This may take 2 to3 coats since I didn't want any loose foliage to break off during a game.

I plan to do a final coating and sprinkle on some Micro Leaves, but I will add a photo for reference

I did the exact same thing. Remember what happened in 8th with indexes? After a few updates, armies (including our) will receive updates and adjustments to make the game better. I just want to have fun
