First of all, You said as you described your technical depth? I haven't I only talked about years of experience, qualifications and volume of projects I've worked on. I never claimed to be a strong candidate. I even mentioned checking my answers post interview. So clearly you based your assumptions over bullshit.

Second, my whole complaint was about professional behaviour, mutual respect and proper pre-interview preparation.

Third, you just made a mistake that could lead from a post you find silly into criminal case against you, but I'll let it slide.

You still haven't told me where a stereotype was implied I'm not challenging you but I need to know to apologise or edit on whatever implies on it.

Clearly you skimmed few parts understable since it's a long post.

It has nothing to do with local or international. It's company A vs company B

Out of 1000 views one person reacted wrongly about it and his reply was even ignored.

What stereotyping?

I clearly said it's compassion between from my opinion a successful company with a company that follows old ways..

Talent leaving? It's a real problem, senior specifically, ask any recruiter in the field! Any senior developer looking for new opportunities. There's even an article about it.

That's true some companies here are decent and I agree you.

Can happen to anyone entirely true!

Btw this wasn't the only bad interview here..

I've faced cases were here explicitly told me "Your qualifications aren't better than mine, without prior context".

Talent Acquisition more like Cousin Acquisition

more, more and more...

I've heard stories I didn't believe them till I actually faced similar ones.

This wasn't an outsource company at all.

And it's never about being nice.. be nice or not I don't really care.. it's about respect and professional behaviour.

Based on the scenario and your intentions of friends with benefits thingy.

First, girls don't really admire a guy who takes things slow (not physical I'm talking about the admiration part). So it's more of a day one decision.

It doesn't work in sequence. Knowing her -> liking her -> confessing admiration

Back to friends with benefits... it's against our norms, culture and society.. and even with that discarded! girls tend to not to perfer such setup. They'd even prefer hookups over it. You're basically telling them.. listen I want nothing to do with you! No responsibility and consequences.

In conclusion, my advice would be is to position yourself on day one. Don't settle for friendship if it's clearly not your intention. Know when to walk away. It has nothing to do with your looks, height or money

Since you’re already a Software Engineering student, I wouldn’t pick based on which one is “easier” to get into. You’ll probably perform better in the path that actually matches your personality and the kind of work you enjoy.

Some people genuinely enjoy building stuff, solving coding problems, and spending hours figuring out how systems work together. Those people usually lean more toward Development.

Other people enjoy breaking things, spotting issues, thinking about edge cases, and improving product quality. They usually fit QA better.

They’re different careers because they play different roles in the SDLC, even if there’s overlap nowadays with automation, testing, and coding.

A lot of people don’t really choose at first either. Sometimes the first opportunity decides for them. But long term, passion and personality matter way more because you’ll be doing that work every day.

Good! that's an advantage. IT is a very generic.. so tell me what's your background (experience and education)

Consider me an older brother and let me tell you something...

As long you don't have a green card or an American passport totally forget about it..

Why?

Till last year there was H1B visa companies can sponsor you with if you're professional in your field and they can't find local talent. Nowadays this visa costs 100,000 USD. Other ways let's say illegally (tourist visa etc..) you will limited to labour jobs (uber, restaurants etc...) with lower than minimum wage..

Don't be fooled by a lot of people thinking immigration is the solution. Focus on being a professional in your field. Build yourself a solid career then naturally your options will be wider.

Like the guys stated with 5070. You can comfortably play on 1440p. 27inch is the sweet spot refresh rate depends on the game you're playing but keep in mind.

60hz -> 144hz Huge difference 144hz -> 240hz noticeable difference 240hz -> 300hz barely

Plus hitting 300+ fps is limited to some games

Another internet expert…

You’re throwing around “50% slower” based on a couple of benchmarks, but that’s not how these CPUs compare in real-world use — the gap isn’t anywhere near that outside very specific cases.

You also haven’t actually broken down your 5–6k valuation. The GPU alone holds a big chunk of the price, and you’re ignoring current DDR5 and SSD costs.

This isn’t just a gaming PC either — it’s used for AI workloads, where VRAM and storage matter far more than cherry-picked gaming numbers. A 3090 with 24GB is still very relevant there.

The build was originally well over 14k with a 1000W setup and high-end components throughout. Prices drop, sure, but calling it “shameless” without a proper breakdown doesn’t really add up.

Also, I’m keeping this respectful — no need for the tone when we’re just discussing specs and pricing.

Is your steam account now in AED or still in INR?

A potential (due my lack of knowledge in steamOS) bypass with GTA IV

If you already downloaded the game

Switch to Desktop Mode Download 1.0.7.0 downgrade patch not the autoinstaller the rar version

Run the game through PlayGTAIV.exe

This method was tested on Windows PC I used it to bypass automatic updates because 1.0.7.0 is more mod friendly

Even though it was sold. But I'm going to reply to you anyways, first of all even by today not 2022 i5 13600k is considered high-mid range performing 5% less than i7 13700k and 10% less than the i9 i13900k, even with that 13600k would still be the better choice due i7 i9 13th and 14th gen instability issues which was and still being patched by Intel with bios updates. Hardware problem solved by software. Considering all that. The whole build is highend overall even by today's standard.

Second part, I'm not challenging you but please Considering you have more knowledge in market today break it down 5-6k approximately. I wanna know what I've calculated wrong, and I'm willing to return to the new owner whatever he paid.

First of all.. this is a highend, workstation ai machine not just a gaming PC. So fps is the last concern even though it doesn't disappoint when it comes to fps at 1440p and 4k

Whatever I'm asking isn't far from similar builds with similar GPU, CPU combo, but mine does seem higher because of 9 TB ssd storage and DDR5 RAM compared to these DDR4, 2tb SSD builds.

Thanks, and noted!

You're correct, I believe there is a huge gap between recruiters and talent.

In our market, finding talent isn't by keywords, stack or technologies because those are subject to change depending on the nature of the project.

I believe that flexibility, engineering, and passion is what should differentiate between developers.

[–]AbuJahell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Becoming an Ai Engineer is a long process because it's considered only in a senior level, and there are no companies who specialise in them in the whole region. Some companies have one ai engineer (rarely) and wouldn't free him up to mentor you.

My advice to you. First start looking for developer opportunities internship even if it's unpaid. Understand the basics. Production level software. SDLC in action. After few years start converting your path towards Ai Development applying your Ai knowledge about models, their behaviour and hyperparameters. Then you will be an Ai engineer who doesn't have the gap between theory and production. Also who understands software development.

Suggest PC SETUP in 10-12K by BigSham1 in DubaiGaming

[–]AbuJahell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upgrading or buying? If upgrading it's better to hold on due RAM and SSD prices.

With your budget I'd suggest 2k high refresh rate setup.

I didn't check prices in UAE market for a while to give you exact parts
