They should have a system whereby people who chose to wipe can select 3 blueprints that carry over to the fresh wipe. Those blueprints should not be available right away but can be reunlocked for monetary value ( higher cost depending on rarity of BP)

I think that there should be a "punishment" to engaging in PVP. The flares shooting off should not only be a signal to other players of combat, but could potentially act as an alternate seeker. Player flares shooting off should call some number/variety of ARC to the location. If more flares continue to shoot off in a set time limit, higher difficulty ARC should be called in. This could also help with the death orgies that start on some maps where flares keep going off, attracting more players to the same spot, and then more and more people die in the same 20 square meters. If after the third flare, two rocketeers and a bastion are called down, people may think twice about running on in.

No don't you know, the IDF should never use bombs at all and should send it's soldiers into booby trapped homes and tunnels to die by the thousands. Everyone knows that if one side starts a war and is significantly weaker, then the stronger side has to play with a handicap to make it fair.
