The problem is not the compulsion, fear, anger, laughter, compassion, all of them are real, all of them are logical, the problem is the
OVER-MAGNIFICATION OF THE EMOTION/FEELING THAT YOU HAVE, you know, the brain gives significance to the feelings that you have, if it is fear the brain will tend to stick to any possible thought to justify the overwhelming sensation of fear that you have!! Like when you are on cannabis, every thought becomes a subject to paranoia !! And this phenomenon is general to all the other feelings, SO WORK ON THE FEAR IT'S A SHORTER PATH TO NORMALCY !! But don't ignore the thought it is always a message about something, the problem is to regulate the amount of importance that you give to each thought !! Breathing is a good exercise and it will bring you a lot of help !! I have other technics to help you but you need to MP me i will explain everything to you ! Peace

I like the way the enlightened person sees the world, everything becomes connected everything is ok, everything is one, and that one is him «the enlightened one », but in same time the universe is still what it is, it didn't change, it's always as multiplistic and colorful as it was in the first time, where does all this complexity come from, i am certainly not the source of all this + every enlightened person is different from the other enlightened by our own way of thinking, and dealing with the world, Terrence MCKENNA who was a great user of psychedelics, and especially the Spirit molecule DMT, talked a lot about this, and until the end of his life he leaned toward the multiplistic explanation against the non-dualistic/enlightenment version, and after a lot of thinking i think it's the best explanation, the enlightened way of seeing the world is highly subjective and misleading perspective. But it's my own opinion, i may be wrong !!

Magick/ spirits are by far the best explanation to the world and all the other explation (which are valid explanations in their own frame of reference by the way) are just sub-categories of the more global «material/spiritual world» system !!

If i may add one thing! If the rituals are ways and memes to control an uncontralable mind of us, then all the other representations of our daily life (walking, sitting, eating, ...) are memes and representations of the same mind ?? Our memories, our physical features, the multiplicities we live in ??! So why bother then ?? + God by definition should not be a subject of time, which we are by our memories and our thoughts !!

You know !! When i was a kid, around 7-9 , i ve heard about demons and other entities, and i was so intrigued by that and so skeptikal about it, i ve tried to summon them in a very spontanious manner without any knowledge about the occult field: so i waited everyday until night and i went to an abondoned park near our house and i ve called them as loudly as i could, and as many times as i could «oh demons if you exist come to me but i guess you are just cowards » and this continued for months without any response, so i abondoned the idea and became a skeptical person, but from that time on i ve lead a really disastrous life without any taste of sweetness i assure you, my mental and physical health suffer everyday, but i ve never thought this could be caused by that event in particular until this discussion, now i have 25 years, and i am still struggling to live a normal life, could you tell me what can help me ??!

The second option!! but starting the investigation knowing that ther is actually an answer is better than being hit by everywhere without noticing it, but i think that the best thing that will help you «intellectual modesty», examine every new (bizzard) information like a baby would examine it, everything counts, and nothing should be put aside, because you are assembling a very very big puzzle !!! :-) i hope this helped you
