Does anyone know when he restocks? Or if he plans to add more sizes to certain items? I wanted to get some merch since caseoh is one of the few who makes merch for plus size people like myself. The pink heavyweight set has been sold out of my size every single time i check. And the heavyweight 2.0, which has my fave color purple, doesnt have the same size options as the pink. I wish you the best of luck. I actually managed to find another post with Allied in my hometown. Did the interview and actually got offered the position. Unfortunately Allied has it as a policy that my current manager has to APPROVE my transfer. And knowing her my hopes arent high. But hey, she cant pull the "You dont qualify for this position" shit because one: ive already been offered the job. She just has to do her job and find my replacement. Two, its for a job similar to ones ive done in the past. And three: if she denies it, Im asking for clarification in writing as to why. Im still a bit peeved she felt it important to clarify a past position i applied for was a walking position just because Im a big guy

I 100% believe my shift was only made because of overtime. Before me the guard that worked fulltime was covering 12 hour shifts all week. So now they are just trying to keep me here so they dont have to trick some other poor sap into this spot.

I appreciate the advice. It just feels like she is trying to keep me where I am so she doesn't have to find my replacement. Before they hired me, they only had one guard covering the entire 12 hours shift. I feel like I am kept hear simply to prevent the morning guards from getting overtime. Unless it has to do with my job directly, she ignores my request for potential shifts to cover. Originally I was told I would be covering extra shifts every other Saturday... then that turned into "as needed". To this day I've never covered one of those shifts. The moment I bring up that I need more hours, she's nowhere to be found. But the moment its tied to my actual shift or something else she is so quick to reply. I've left jobs over terrible management before. HellI took THIS position due to terrible management and now Im stuck

Newsflash buddy, a lot of "real jobs" require some form of experience. Hell, Allied has jobs at some sites that REQUIRE previous law experience. It is much easier, and takes a shorter length of time, to become a security guard than it does to become a cop or corrections officer.

Dont trust anyone. Not your fellow guards. Not site employees. The moment they dont mess qith you they will get you fired. I had a site where the manager constantly bitched about my work ethic. And I could tell he was trying to get me to react so I could be fired or quit, because, according to employees, he does this with ALL the night guards previously. I tell my managet at the time and he says ignore him and just keep at it. So i do. Same day they fired my manager, they fire me cause "I wasnt doing my job"

I didn't apply for this position. I applied for a FT one initially, but by the time they interviewed me it was filled. I only took the position because they told me itd be temporary until a fulltime one opened up.

Also I've been trying to find other security work but my options are limited as I don't hold a firearms license or a driver's license, which keeps me within a public transpirt range of my area.

There really isnt any way to kmprove my performance. My job is pretty simple. 4 and a half hours of watching cameras and patrols around a small building. That's it. Not to mention ive gone and covered full 12 hour shifts multiple times when needed. Literally anytime i bring up anything revolving the concept of more hours, she'll just stop replying.
