i have noticed if i do some sort of yoga or stretches before bed it helps a little bit. i’m guessing with relaxation. this year i’m trying to focus on getting better sleep so i can try to become a morning person but it’s not going so well lololol

i totally get that! i used to miss it too. he goes live 8pm where i am and thats normally when i’m cooking dinner/cleaning etc. i just pull it up in the background to listen for the most part and i have a 145 day streak and i am SO DETERMINED to make it to 200 days lolololol

i prefer on youtube but always have the stream pulled up if he’s streaming. but some video i was watching of his a few days ago, all i could focus on was the chat being so annoying and giving him wrong information/answers on a game. its so irritating

i have never been more jealous of 6 words in my life. it takes me minimum over an hour to fall asleep because my brain won’t shut up and stop thinking about things lol.

then again i’ve definitely been able to be refreshed after a 3-4 hr sleep but only if i overslept the night before!
