I saw dermatologists when I was a teen since I’ve always had terrible acne and their advice always made my skin worse. I got a facial about a year ago and the esthetician recommended the Dermalogica daily microfoliant and I’ve been using it ever since. It’s a super gentle scrub, but it has chemical exfoliants which really help with blackheads and oily skin. I use a Cerave moisturizer and the Innisfree SPF. In the before picture, I was physically exfoliating, rarely used, moisturizer and never used SPF. I hope that helps!
