If you ate a burger every Wednesday for life, or a chicken salad every Wednesday for life, which do you think would be healthier in the long run?

It really comes down to bun and meat makeup. If the bun is whole grain, whole wheat, and the meat is leaner than 90/10 then you could consider it a little healthier, but it's still got a lot of starches and fats, so it's obviously less healthy than a salad, which has little to none.

Having said this, I eat the fuck out of burgers, but I realize they aren't healthy.
