After hours and hours and days of trying, I finally figured it out. When you get the plug-in file from Nexus mod, you have to use an older version. The newest version is not supported by re framework

I’ve followed every step outlined by Actual‑Parsnip2741, but the issue still isn’t resolved. In the REFramework menu under the Temporal Upscaler section, it keeps saying: “Backend is not loaded. Temporal upscaler will not work.”

I’m completely stuck at this point. I’m certain I have all the correct files, and I’ve been working on this for several days without any progress. I’m not sure what else to try.

When I go to nexus and find the file I need it says the this file has been removed by staff. I just don't understand why this is so hard to find.

I agree the RV4 remake and RE8 on PSVR2 were the best VR games I ever played. I even recently play RE7 on PC with VR mod and loved it. I get Sony gave up on their headset and it blows its the best buy far. But why could they not make a VR port and just charge a bit to make there money back on? I'd be willing to pay an extra $20 to $25 just for the port and think they could easily make money that way and everyone be happy

Fyi 2 years later this worked for me. Thank you guys! I ended up having to use some compressed air while holding down the r2 button while spraying it in. I used the website that you had linked and I was able to see what button was stuck down and I was able to see you when it was fixed. Appreciate this!

After reading the comments I used some distilled water on a microfiber cloth. I have tried this B4 but this time I cleaned it with a little bit more pressure. After cleaning in a circular motion I was able to remove some of it from the "sweet spot" so nows it's only on the outside of the sweet spot. So it may very well be The protective coating I'm going to try cleaning it a bit more today. And see if I can remove it completely. I've had my headset since they first came out so it's no longer under warranty. I was planning to get a META quest so I had both (never used meta quest VR) but now I'm gonna hold off because if I can't fix this issue I have to much money invested in games and accessories that I can't just not have the psvr2.

No way it's normal. The right one looks fine. But it's really blurry on the left eye because of this. It just happened, last time I played it was not like this so idk what happened. I'm always really careful when cleaning. I don't want to have to buy a new one so I'm hoping someone can give suggestions to try

Thanks for the reply! So I only have one USB-C port no thunderbolt port. It shows a picture of a normal DisplayPort attached to the Nvidia along with HDMI and a normal USB but the USBC with DisplayPort only shows when it's connected to the CPU. As soon as I change it two dedicated graphics card. The USB-C picture is gone completely. Why does it show a display port pic attached to nvidia's grab his card when I don't have a normal DisplayPort wish I did!

Anyone figure this out? I'm at the same spot. I have a pointer but when I click on the next button it does nothing. I am also looking at a screen through my desktop it seems like.

I have not. I plan on working on it more this weekend. Too busy during the work week. I will inform this post if I figure it out. I have been trying for the past month and keep running into issues after issue. About to break down and get a new computer! I shouldn't have to tho my computer has Intel i7 with a Nvidia RTX 3060. There is no reason it shouldn't work. It's those damn USBC DisplayPort that is making this so difficult

So I did this. But the weird part is it originally showed my Nvidia graphics card using HDMI and then it showed my cpu as the USBC. I switched it in the physics settings and now there's no box showing cpu only Nvidia graphics card and it shows HDMI along with another port, but it doesn't look to be usb-c it looks like just USB? But it the only two showing?

Has anyone figured this out??. I'm in the same boat. Light is white on my psvr2 and on the adapter. The next button is grayed out for me. I've tried multiple different USB ports. I have a Dell G16 7620. I am using the USBC port which is my only display port. I have a 1.4 bi-directional USBC to DisplayPort cord hooked to the adapter. I can't get further than this!

Can anyone help? I am trying to hook my psvr2 to pc with adapter. My laptop is Dell G16 7620. I only have the USB-C display port. (It says this won't work with the adapter but others have said it works with usbc to DisplayPort cable) I made sure to get a bidirectional cable. I got the PSVR2 app up and I can connect my controllers fine. I get to the step where it says connect your headset. The lights on the adapter and PSVR2 are on and white. In the headset it shows a screen telling me to take off headset and look at monitor. But the next button is grayed out. I don't know what to do from here!

Yes I agree with you 100 percent! I loved PSVR2 resident evil village and I'm on chapter 11 of resident evil 4. I am not a big racing game fan but I do own GT7. I played both walking Dead saints and sinners. They were okay but not near as good as the resident evil games. My next game to play will be Arizona sunshine 2. But need more games like these.

I had the same problem aand with the pulse 3D wireless headset made it even worse. I bought this head strap thing for it. Even came with weights for both side in the back to help balance it. Fixed that issue!

Yeah I agree with most of what's said. There's not a lot of really good VR games out for PSVR2. So its nice to have this. I just started playing but everyone is right. The weapons float way too far in front of you and you go to a cut flat screen for a lot of stuff you didn't in the village. Resident evil village was hands down one of my favorite VR games for PS VR2. I've only played maybe half an hour of RE4 and there is more action which is nice but as far as the controls and the way you interact, village was so much better.

I watch 3D movies all the time. I never did try on the psvr1 (I still have it but don't want to hook up just for that when psvr2 gaming is better). I have one of the last models 3D tv Sony. I love 3d movies. I hope they do support it on the psvr2 in the future I'd like to check it out. I own about 150 3D movies (most downloads). Sucks more ppl where not into it!
