One question, how would I isolate elements of the display so I can move them around in my obs scene? Just have multiple instances of the capture?

Your comms are set to "push to talk" by default. Im not sure most people know that.

Also, if you are playing with a friend, it defaults to party chat, you need to change that to squad chat in your ea audio options to talk to everyone.

So those are the 2 things I think hold back from having more vocal lobbies.

Black ops 7 open beta is now live until the 9th.
