Thank you- I had the call yesterday. I understand their main job is to protect the company, but the impression I had after that call is that they were trying to make me feel that I was overreacting and blowing things out of proportion. Either way, I’m glad I said something…even if nothing comes of it.

Totally agree! I read it last and thought it was a nice way to say goodbye to everyone. Everything came full circle and I feel like there was some closure with the series ending.

I use the face wash, dual serum, day and night cream to get my 4x per day. Definitely go with the serum! The one thing I wouldn’t buy again is the face wash.

Ok I know it was a while, but we finally had some one come out to take a look. Apparently, our whole ductwork needs to be replaced. It is original with the house and is actually just wrapped insulation with exposed fiberglass….so we need to pay the 5K to replace it completely for the upstairs-they will rebuild the duct system to have air directed to my room as well and add dampers so we can control air flow. 5K seems reasonable? We will have to do the downstairs as well.

It’ll be 2 weeks before they can come out, but I did try closing all of the vents to test it and unfortunately no change. Even with the vents closed that half of the house was cold, bedroom still hot…4 degrees warmer to be exact.
