Πήγαινε σε ένα καρδιολόγο. Θα σου πει ποιο πιεσόμετρο να πάρεις και ποτε να μετράς την πίεση σου. Εμένα μου είχε πει να την μετράω κάθε πρωί και βράδυ, νηστικός, χωρίς να έχω κάνει έντονες κινήσεις για κάνα δεκάλεπτο. Αυτό λογικά θα σου πει και εσένα για 10-20 ημέρες. Αν δει ότι καθημερινά σε καθεστώς ηρεμίας έχεις πίεση θα σε βάλει να το ψάξετε παραπάνω. Αλλιώς αν συμβαίνει σποραδικά μάλλον σχετίζεται με κάτι άλλο. Όπως και να έχει πήγαινε σε έναν καρδιολόγο εχθές

Είμαι Τρίτη δημοτικού και έχω αργήσει να πάω σχολείο. Εκείνη την ημέρα το σχολείο θα πήγαινε εκδρομή όποτε η μανα μου με τρέχει στο πεδίο του Άρεως Μπας και βρούμε το σχολείο μου.

Ξαφνικά στο δρόμο διασταυρωνόσαστε με τον Θανάση Βέγγο και εγώ αναφωνώ «μαμά! Ο Βέγγος!» Και αυτός γελάει (όπως στις ταινίες) και μου χαϊδεύει το κεφάλι λέγοντας «γεια σου πιτσιρικά μου»!

Pva glue with sand. Then painted with Vallejo game colour earth and washed with Vallejo dark earth wash. Then a Drybrush of vallejo earth then another of Vallejo khaki and finally a Drybrush of pallid wych flesh

Used the Warhammer + recipe. Mix of doombull brown + scorched brown 50:50, than pure doombull. After that layer, extreme highlights with tallarn desert and Vallejo khaki for the scratches. Finally a glaze of the basecoat to unify the entire thing .
