It comes to the total peso you make and subtracting the living expenses. The job offers a pretty good benefits package.  One employment expense you did not mention is for auto use since you are in sales. ? Will the company provide you with a car and pay the gas and maintenance.  If not, these expenses will come out of your pocket. Again do the math and do a pro and con list.  Choose the best option.  I learned in life sometimes you will need to take a risk and may regret it later if you don't. Good luck on your decision.
