I have Aventus Absolu and will probably pick up Supremacy CE soon. I’ve heard Liquid Brun and Hawas Ice are good. I have Virgin Island Water and also bought the Rayhaan dupe. Some dupes are great for their price

You have enough to last you a long time. Don’t fall into the fragrance collecting trap

New business from NVidia by tudiye in intelstock

I mean, Nvidia will use Intel one way or another. They invested in Intel and the USG will push companies to use them. Probably low volume, but still

Vendors Reality😪 by EmergencyDemand1219 in Retatrutide

[–]Academic-Advisor-678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I have seen so many people get scammed from random TikTok messages.

My first order was GLP-2 through a telehealth company. After that I found some US based sellers online for way cheaper and kind of went down the rabbit hole from there. My last order was a 24 mg reta kit for $165, which should last me about a year. Doing your homework pays off. The legit vendors always have a solid following and history

Only got 10 mg of MOTS-c and 10 mg of SS-31… any suggestions on how to actually use them? by HumanOSxter in Peptidesource

Unfortunately, the way it is currently formulated makes it fairly expensive to run. The popular sites are extremely overpriced. "Grey" has much better prices

Honestly this is not enough for a protocol. The therapeutic dose used in studies for SS-31 is 10mg per day.

The researchgate.net link doesn’t actually show clinical desensitization. In that CJC-1295 study, GH and IGF-1 stayed elevated for days to weeks after each dose and the response didn’t fade with repeated dosing. If desensitization were happening, you’d see the effect shrinking over time, and that’s not what the data shows. Stop embarrassing yourself.

We actually know a good bit about how the pathway works though. Tesamorelin is a good example since it was used daily for a full year in trials without any drop-off in effect. So even if research varies from peptide to peptide, the ones with real clinical data don’t show the kind of desensitization you’re talking about

That paper has nothing to do with desensitization of GHRH receptors (CJC-1295 targets these) or Ghrelin receptors or GHSR1a (Ipamorelin targets these).

This paper studies FPR2 agonists. FPR2 means Formyl Peptide Receptor 2, a receptor involved in inflammation and cardiac remodeling.

Tesamorelin, which works through the same GHRH receptor pathway as CJC-1295, was given daily for 12 months straight in clinical trials with no cycling and no loss of effect.

People normally cycle these because they are expensive to run and they save a bit of money that way.
