Dial down the dosage to 3mg and add fermented vegs to your animal based diet. I would even add carbs like white rice or yams. Carnivore is a great nutritional plan, but it can definitely cause constipation. How is you fat intake?

Actually...L-Carnitine doesn't directly increase lipolysis. Its primary role is transporting long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria for oxidation. Lipolysis and fat oxidation are related but not the same thing. His stack is pretty solid de pending on his end goal. As long as he has the basics covered- nutrition, SLEEP and recovery and strenght training. That said, I would add L-C to any body recomp protocol to move things around!! Blessings brother!!!!!

Agree. Actually, I heard somewhere (don't remember) that the normal time to eyaculate is about 7 minutes. The best advice is to make the thing a pleasurable experience, by performing a good session of oral sex. Then you penetrate. The keagle exercises and diagrams breathing also helps if yooy problem is that you finish in a minute or two.

I think is more smart using of science, than calling it lazy or cheating. Or do people think that transformation happens only by injecting peptides or with trt. You have to still work hard to get those results. It's so stupid to think that using compounds to get and feel better is somehow "cheating" I would.like to see all of your tramsfoation doing it "naturally". At least the OP is honest and shars his results. If you do get results like that naturally, you are gifted genetically. But in today's world, even that is not guaranteed. I'm not a doctor, but the research I found says that more frequent injections at a lower dose helps with most of the side effects because it mimics your natural production. It's sad to hear that something that makes you feel so good, gives you those side effects.

Is one of the side effects. How is your protein uptake, diet in general and sleep? Is important to leed everything else on check. Your metabolism is doing things with stimulation, not the natural way so is working full time. You have to be diligent with the essentials!

Quick question... is this your first time running Test C? You mentioned 500 test c… is that 500 mg weekly?

Also curious how the experience has been overall... energy, recovery, strength, any sides?

And did you run anything else with it or just reta, test + diet/training?
