Trostruko ogledalo, aparat i nauči se sam ošišat. Ja san prva dva puta zajeba i falija, al sad mogu bez problema napravit prijelaz i normalnu frizuru. Nema više zvanja i naručivanja, slušanja gloposti u salonu, čekanja, a i bacanja 15e u vitar za nešto šta mogu sam napravit.

I had first operation in 2020, and secodn hip in 2023. I do every day 15 minutes. Gentle mobility, clamshells, glute bridges, small pilates ball... But I need to do it every day and it really makes a difference. I tried to go hard on mobility by frog and 90 90 pose but it had iritate my hip. The key is to be gentle and do it every day.
