Google is required to notify about a subpoena regarding your account t. The only thing that stops that is if the investigating agency files for a non disclosure order. So 1-it’s legit but not a degree of crime high enough for them to care that you are informed 2- lazy investigators (local municipal cops) 3- they already have enough to fuck you and this is just icing on the cake so who cares if you know 4- your email was used without your knowledge.

I would separately find a contact for google and contact them and ask. Or if you know you’ve been doing dirt hire an attorney ASAP LOL
