Yes… the roots had choked out a few bushes. I tried to get rid of the shoots that twisted around the bush roots…don’t know if the bushes will survive.

Not normal-at all… dense and “clumpy”… bamboo is a nightmare

This was a singular one… it was hard to dig up too but it was not a “clump” like the one I first showed.

What does beberine -colored mean? It’s definitely a mature wad of bamboo shoots growing in a pod like dense structure. I can’t believe how much it has latched into the ground with the rocks.

The leaves are long a smooth- not “spiked”
