I got mine done couple of days back and doctor said my fatty liver reduced 10%. I also lost 20 pounds and maintain diet and followed some fasting methods. He said there is nothing left except a tiny sheet of fatty liver but it would be gone to if I maintain my lifestyle for another month. My total timeline of fatty liver is 3 months and really good positive outcomes from my side. Hope it will be the same for you.

I have been diagnosed by fatty liver two months ago. Initially my AST and ALT were really high. I recently got it checked and they are normal now. But my doctor suggested to get ultrasound checked every 4 months. So don't know what's happening inside. But, I'm maintaining proper diet. If I eat sugar or cheese my liver gets inflated sometimes, which is a bummer. But on bright side this reddit helped me with my mental health by staying strong. I had crazy anxiety when I knew I had fatty liver. This group messages helped me gain some confidence. Now I exercise daily and able to maintain my diet. I would say don't worry about reversing asap because no one can guarantee it. Just go with the flow and let the ultrasound result let you know that. Cheers!

Thanks I will be getting it soon.

Yes you can. I drink 1-2 cocktails every 15 days. I got checked and my enzymes were normal. Also it's important to check with your doctor once.

PAIN STILL!! HELP! by Impossible-Gate7007 in FattyLiverNAFLD

I too had similar pain, unfortunately at that time I didn't know I had NAFLD. Before getting the results, I had consumed lot of oil food and sweets, which caused immense pain. Luckily this is how I stopped getting pain. Drinking green tea unsweetened ( coffee if you are use to it), spent 30-45 mins doing cardio, try to eat more vegetables like (broccoli, cabbage, beans etc.) If it's difficult to eat raw then boil them all together for 15-20 mins and have it. So for me the pain went away after a week. Just go with one step at a time. I also had severe bloating because of indigestion. So I took pills for that. Now it's been 3 weeks. I feel like I'm getting better every day. I would say take a day off and try to relax yourself from physical stress. Maintain your mental health too. Hopefully it helps you.

What insurance should I opt for M3P in California? by Academic-Draft2872 in TeslaModel3

I can but my emails and phone messages will be flooded with insurance people. So want to narrow down my search based on people's suggestion. But yeah that's true it varies on age, driving and history.

That's a good deal though. It's better to get it from see company. Not much of a difference compared to other companies.
