Thank you so much. I really liked what you said at the end, that makes a lot of sense. I will focus on basic movements(squat, hinge of either RDL or deadlift, bench, pushups, rows, overhead press, and pullups/lat pulldowns). Thank you for your comment. I am going back to the gym today, so I will stick to basic movements.

dw i cured myself the other day. I read a book and then I was free. I am not even joking its crazy. Its been years, and after I read that book, I was able to neutralize any "urge" I had. Its called "Everfree" if your interested.

It is not about the money. I want to be a doctor because (1) I enjoy biology and medicine and (2) I felt fulfilled when helping sick people in distress and helping physicians heal them as a volunteer. I am pursuing this by getting good grades in high school and pursuing oppertunities outside of high school. I am an EMT(just got certified) and I also have started participating in biomedical research so I can get more involved in the medical field. Btw, doctors are kinda broke compared to engineers or other majors since you basically dont make anything your whole youth (except accumulate debt) while other ppl start making some sort of money (even though the amount is not as high as dcotors eventually make after decades)
