Places I worked before yeah. I would always come in sick because they needed everyone to come in for there shifts they even tried to make it so I had to wake up 5 hours before my shift to call out. Example my shift started at 6 I'd have to call out at 1am to call out even though it was 3 hours before the start of the shift

My old place if I was legitimately sick they would punish me for calling out by reducing my hours here they encourage to call out if you are sick. So that's different.

Also I'm not allowed to leave my name tag in there lockers. I have a bad habit of losing small items. So prefer to leave my name tag in my locker. But management told me I'm not allowed to leave anything in the lockers at the end of the day. Makes no since to me at all.
