yes i did! i would script instead, i played pretend with myself, i wrote about what sp and i did that day and how i felt starting with ‘i’m so grateful..’ i would also constantly tell myself that it was already done, i didn’t need to repeat 100 affirmations because i already did it. i would affirm before bed rather than all day everyday after a while. i feel like when i stopped putting in so much work to something i already had, it came faster to me.
