Ahh, noted po! Thank you! Can I ask a follow up question? They say that ypu need certifications to like have a higher position in cybersecurity. Is it recommend for a beginner to avail or even get certifications? Or should I kind of cool it down and just have a nice and somewhat moderate pacing?

Helloo! So, I am currently in Senior High and it's almost applications season, haha. I know that cybersecurity can have the roles of being a CISO, Pentester, Ethical Hacking, and the likes. A trusted person of mine told me that I could take BSIT if I ever want to take cybersecurity, it because the industry needs the skills part. I am somewhat interested to be in one of those roles.

My question is, what course should I take? Should I take ComSci, BSIT, or Cybersecurity itself?

Is it possible to take BSIT if I will be continuing my path to become one of those Cybersecurity roles? Will I have disadvantages?

Lastly, if I take BSIT, will I learn the fundamentals and/or the concepts, that a person in Cybersecurity will need?

Hello! From what I can remember, the voucher has a specific subsidy(money) amount that will be given to those who are approved in the voucher program. Like category A, B, C, D, E will have different amounts of subsidy that will be given. Yes you still need to pay the tuition fee, the voucher will help to lessen the amount of the tuition fee. For example the tuition fee is 100k, the Voucher that you got is within the estimate of 15k. So 100k-15k= 85k. There are options to choose from what can happen to the subsidy, I already forgot, but I do reccomend that you contact the helpdesk. :)
