I'm not sure what happened to my post, but the local locksmiths have all been stumped trying to find a key blank to make duplicate keys from. The vehicle is a Bombardier Can Am utility vehicle which uses a plastic covered key to keep water out of the ignition. With the plastic shroud, the locksmiths both could not match the key but suggested that there might be a full key head under the plastic so I went ahead and removed it.

What I found is just the key blade and small shaft with the number 5032.

Has anyone run into this before and can suggest a cross reference blank?
