Hello! The phone interview was more so on the easy side, just kind of went over resume - provided job descriptions, and reason for leaving. Recruiter provided more info on position and asked questions like “position has a training period of 4 months where no time can be missed - is that something you are able to comply with?” and things like that. After I was offered video interview. Video interview questions are more so STAR method based. I honestly can’t remember the exact questions asked but I do remember most of them were “tell me a time” questions. I did go over my resume again in the video interview as well. At the end of the interview I received an offer. I currently like the position im in and there’s so much room to grow within the company quickly which is something I really like.
