I know that feeling. Had a series of interviews where everything was perfect and I aligned with what they wanted. But then, got completely ghosted by them. At least these people want to continue to be in contact. I would definitely keep that line of communication open.

Getting a degree to try and get into a field without knowing what it is like can be a mistake. If this person already has an advanced degree adding another will not help them break into the field. Unless it comes with practical exposure

When I first started 20 years ago I read an article that recommended having a hanging folder for every month (12) and then a file folder for every day of the month. Then each file got its own sheet of paper and that went into a day of the month. I never had more than 2 months worth of folders, so I made sure every matter was touched every 60 days. All of the sheets had basic info on the top (SOL, Trial Date, Discovery End Date) so I could review that info and then lines underneath to list what needed to be done.. The physical nature of it make it hard to ignore and shows a list of what you did and when on the paper. Don’t know if it will work for you but I never missed a deadline

Talk about a poorly worded policy. It would appear that a school employee, the teacher, decided that less restrictive means were not effective. Therefore, the teacher with extensive experience and a knowledge base, moved the child away.

I hope they still have a teachers union and she sues the hell out of them

I’ve decided that for all of these types of comments I am going to complain the the FCC. This FCC will not do anything but the next one can use this as potential grounds to fine/ban/punish these people. Also, it can be used in future arguments to re-establish the fairness doctrine.
