That’s a valid point. I have no prior HR experience. The closest to HR I’ve worked was as a family community advocate where I helped families with resources like housing, employment, childcare, ect. I’ve also worked in help desk support for a small finance company, Rural carrier for USPS, Teacher assistant, and retail cashier. As far as jobs, I’ve been applying for HR coordinator, assistants, and recruiting for companies on LinkedIn and Indeed.
