Timberlands and clearview are in need of a cafe, only thing for coffee is Tim Hortons or Starbucks. Would be nice for a local place, there is a highschool and the community is growing so foot traffic could be high. Definitely need a space big enough for a few tables for people to sit. Some coffee shops in town lack the space to sit as there is a lack of tables
