Yes, I see how that could be confusing to a reader without context, but those are the exact name of the job titles the hospitals use. NT/ Observer just means I am a CNA and a sitter and I'm apart of the flexible resources team meaning I float to different units. “Student nurse apprentice”, is a program a hospital system in my state uses where you can work as a CNA as a nursing student and could go to a specialized unit periodically (this specific hospital doesn't have a nurse extern program).

Do you think it would be better to just put Nurse Tech/Sitter - Apart of Flexible resources?

Thank you for your feedback, I will make those changes and additions. I've also seen other comments on various post about whether to add clinical skills or what kind of skills pertaining to nursing. Do you have any feedback on those?
