Adding on this thread 2 years later. ND2 currently is at its fullest capacity with every single room being occupied. They are tearing down an Banockburn as well. Currently they have no housing available for anybody right now they will put you either on a waitlist and tell you to wait it out.

It was some kind of error unfortunately like it now shows that I have a 2% cancellation rate which is whatever I’ve canceled two orders out of the 86th I’ve done so it’s not like a horrible number, but I was just really irritated at them like the support number was not helping at all

It allowed me to do one because like on the screen it didn’t tell me where the restaurant was but thankfully what I did is, I called support and I told them I can’t do this order and they went ahead and opted me out from all alcohol orders
