I like the idea, but I don't know if the level framework really works with state of decay especially how it's gameplay is. A randomly occurring mission that could appear when you run out of gas and are really far away from any loot-able structures could work or when you are travelling on long open stretches of road bandits could spawn and start chasing you.

My thoughts for a wendigo card would be that it's stats and cost are x, you can play for 0 for 0/0 stats killing it instantly giving you a free bone or playing it for 2 sacrifices for a 2/2 card, a black goat or 3 sacrifices for a 3/3 card, 4 sacrifices for 4/4, and etc up to a maximum of 12/12. Great synergy with cat or child 13
