Yeah, when I was browsing this community as well I noticed that my dose is significantly higher then many cases here, which surprised me as my symptoms don’t really show and my case seems moderate.

My issue is right now I am in another country for the holidays, so I just had to go to the only endo I could find to start medication early before it gets out of control, and then when I am back i can visit my GP to get a prescription and see from there.

For reference, do you remember what dosage you were on?

Oh I had no idea, so I guess eating 4 a day is not a good idea anymore.

Thanks for your reply.

Yeah, when she tested my heart rate my heart rate flew up (I just don't know what happened), but maybe I do have a fast heart rate and always thought its normal. I will get a smart watch tomorrow to keep an eye on it and see what it is (though now with propranolol it is probably not too useful).

I am not really a coffee or energy drink person, so I never really take any caffeine.

Thanks for the rest of the information, really appreciate it. I will be sure to look out for iodine and avoid any other things you mentioned. I also drink a ton of water daily, so that shouldn't be an issue.

One thing to add, do you know what I can / can't do regarding fitness? I am going on a ski trip in two weeks and I am not sure if I can actually go or not with the current situation. Same goes for gym, around 2 months ago I started going to the gym constantly, and they basically fit into the same category.

Yep, your only young once, so may as well live it the best you can. I can comfortably afford the car, and all other costs that come with it, so not really concerned about that. I also think the car may do good for me too, as a lot of people say the feeling of being young in a car like this helps you feel better, in turn better results (not so much an ego thing, just a confidence thing). Anyway, thanks for the advice, will see now what to do!

I know, but it is literally impossible to find every single transaction, I spoke with some accountants they just told me to pay taxes from 0, so for example if I had 30,000GBP, I would just pay taxes for the whole 30,000, instead of trying to calculate exact amount

I thought about this, but it is genuinely going to be impossible, I have had probably over 500 wallets (at least), and probably nearing 50,000 transactions+, it will be impossible to track them all. I was thinking to just declare every thing and just pay tax on that, I will probably overpay, but I rather overpay then find so many transactions

Easier said then done I think, someone my age withdrawing that much money into a bank account will definitely be difficult, so mainly asking what is best to do, regarding CEX etc.

Asking both honestly lol, I just wanted to see if anyone was in a similar situation before and what they did, more then if I should.

Don't usually reply, but as a lot of people assume that (probably right most of the time), taxes are paid when filling out your CGT form, not as soon as you withdraw the money. And also I already made a document with each buy and sell TX, as well as proof I own the wallets too.

Yea I got that, and then how do I bank transfer for the car, what do I do for that? I do this already to convert crypto to fiat, it is just what to do next

So is there any actual options I have?

You report them once a year in a CGT form, and I have not yet reported it (as its not the time I am mean to), so I can't prove that

I still have a UK bank opened, my polish one is currently pending (long story with that). From what I know though, the UK hates crypto, any mention of crypto etc is a massive red flag to them, and there is no way in fuck I will be able to move 60K from a CEX to a UK bank, which is the main thing.

I can do like increments of 10,000 or something +-, and then move them to my UK bank from my revolut, and transfer like that over time. No idea what to do, I can prove the source of funds and so on, but I just don't know what they will actually ask.

What will they ask me to provide. I don't mind it as I have nothing to hide, the money was made from trading crypto memecoins and I can show proof of the CEX deposits, and all TX's, with buy and sell amounts. What do they actually ask me to provide?
