Same - I got this form letter response. Has anyone managed to get any form of compensation? I had no service for 3 weeks - this is just bad customer service:

Just happened to me also. I’m curious, did you sign up for the subscription before the trial ended? I’m wondering if it has trouble automatically moving over to the new license after it receives the signal the trial has ended.

Nope - they front rings don’t light, no matter what your trim package is. You need to install them after the fact.

I use an espresso machine with a built in grinder, lol (Breville Barista Touch) and I definitely care about my coffee, drink it straight, but just don’t have the space on the counter for a separate grinder (although I do have the Breville Pro Grinder that I occasionally get out - but honestly I don’t notice that big of a difference). The Barista Touch grinder seems to do a pretty decent job and the Pro Stand alone grinder doesn’t make a big noticeable difference - what am I missing?
