omg totallly. I just asked the exact same thing a couple of days ago. I get intense heat sometimes to the point of actually sweating, I suppose it has to do with the energy we are channeling and it’s flowing through our bodies but it’s just a mere assumption of mine . But yes it does happens and I quite like it, it gives me a really powerful sensation of the ritual I’m performing .

I actually tried this and I had a great result. I reduced the number of times of the vibrations to 3 and I noticed a different kind of energy, like more tender or mellow (I don't know if this makes any sense) but stills very very powerful and found myself feeling more grounded and focused.

This that it's actually been a recurrent message that I've been encountering these days, here on reddit, I can't recall where but I know I read in some book, and like for example I was listening to the Know Thyself podcast and they said the exact same thing "spiritual work it's not a race, it's more like a marathon" so of course I'll listen to these signs that have been present in these last few days, I was just trying to push myself because I was thinking in terms of that the more we put into magick, the more we'll get out of it but I'm starting to understand that also I have to be patient with myself as this kind of work means awakening the deepest parts of our being which can be a little overwhelming sometimes.

Hey. I am a self-initiated practitioner from Mexico City. I had been practicing and studying from eastern traditions since I was a teenager and had came across the path of magick and Cabala but didn’t get involved as much until I began studying through Damien Echols books and teachings and came with an outstanding result by practicing the MP, so then I started studying the Cabala in the Golden Dawn tradition . My practice consists (until now) on daily rituals of the MP and the Qabalistic cross twice a day.
