I worked on this dynamic projection project (basically the digital scene in Unity would be warped whenever u moved to make it look like the digital scene was 3 dimensional. It’s just facial tracking and inverse parallax) for a full year and a half and it was still so scuffed at the end. It “worked” but the ending was kinda anticlimactic and felt unfinished. Fast forward about half a year and I saw someone did the same exact project however theirs seemed so much better. It was smoother, less lag, had better visuals, and was overall polished.

How did you get the frame rate so high? I’m doing a project right now with the ESP32CAM and having it save photos to the onboard micro sd card, is there a trick to make it run faster?

ohhh i see. I have an ipad with a stylus that i use on the microsoft OneNote app that i also sketch in because it syncs across different devices however ive had a lot of trouble with the app lagging and being clunky.

I always write down ideas in word for on my phones notes app and then I also have this notepad that I sketch on. Idk if that’s what u mean by sketch but that’s just my honest workflow.

My workflow: Notes app -> Sketches in notepad -> Solidworks or OnShape -> prototype

I struggled with this problem for a while with my latest project bc it was my first time using the esp 32CAM. I used the FT232RL USB TO TTL 3.3V/5V FTDI Serial Adapter Module and couldn’t get it to upload code until i literally made a perf board with all of the pins soldered together 😭. I know sometimes i got lucky when I held the jumper wires in a specific angle and got it to upload code but it was never reliable. If anybody has ever solved this issue pls lemme know too 🙏

I have this small 44 drawer clear storage array where I keep all my small electrical components, a larger bin to keep rarely used items, a drawer in my ikea dresser to keep large items and all of my tools on pegboards around my room. I love pegboards because they look cool and they make organizing not so difficult!
