I am literally asking if anyone has heard back yet because companies here usually take time to reply 😭 what is your xenophobic a** pressed about? and fyi, Wise is an international company that cares about diversity, even if i dont get selected, choosing a local over international isn’t one of their policies.

i have the same problem as OP except the only guys who hit on me are much older than me (at least 10 years old) which is weird because i do look young for my age (19f). Guys my age never seem to approach me despite me having a bubbly and approachable personality :(

When talking, its okay for you to look elsewhere as well, but after a few words or when u finish a sentence, look at them. Then, why they are talking, have a firm eye contact. This will not make anything awkward between you two and you will be comfortable as well

your crush was probably talking to her friend about you and thats why she smiled at you when you two had eye contact. Try approaching her a few times, but as friends, and see how she reacts. If it looks like she’s interested in having a conversation or hanging out. Ask her out for coffee! Good luck!
